7-Day Exchange & Return Policy

At BVC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we've got you covered.

Eligibility:
- Return/exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
- Damaged, used, or altered products will not be accepted.

How to Request:

Refund Process:
- Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the product.
- COD orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer. Please share your bank details when raising the request.

Non-Returnable Items:
Products that are damaged due to misuse or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
